Eleven letters in total from a well traveled Appleyard family. Six Envelopes with only three content letters from the world war two period. They well describe the life of a British soldier stationed in North Africa during the early 1940s.

Bill Appleyard is with the Middlesex Yeomanry, Att. 104th company. Letters are addressed to his Mother.
